Each session is designed to support high accountability for reaching your health goals. You will learn how to become healthier and gain a better understanding of your body's daily nutritional needs. The weekly classes focus on healthy eating, food choices, boosting your metabolism, exercise and tips for getting you into the best shape possible while laying the foundations for a long term healthy you.
The challenge includes weekly weigh in, health and nutrition classes on a wide range of topics from Protein, Carbohydrates, Fats, metabolism, exercise and tips for getting you into the best shape possible and setting you up for long term success.
The challenge runs for a minimum of 6 weeks, and your attendance to each weekly meeting is key to learning important facts about proper nutrition and weight management.

Who can participate?
We are everyday people just like you! People who want maximum health and fitness results. Participants can come in different shapes, sizes, ages and fitness levels so basically anyBODY who wants to improve their health and fitness. It's about transforming your body and lifestyle and getting to your PERSONAL Level 10 results.
Is there exercise involved?
Core Nutrition & Fitness promotes exercise to maximise your results, build nice lean muscles to help get rid of the jiggles and for general wellbeing, however it isn't a requirement of the Weight Loss Challenge. Participants do have access to all Core Nutrition & Fitness events and activities.
How much could I win?
Well you're already a winner by registering and making the decision to make those important changes. But the prize money should help motivate you even more. The prize money will vary from challenge to challenge, depending on the number of participants and will be paid out to first, second and third place winners.
How much does it cost?
$49 will register you to participate and compete for the prize categories. So in summary, you will receive:
